What youll be doing:
- Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to optimize the design of level 2 CPQ processes, aligning them with future state goals.
- Develop and own the strategic roadmap for CPQ processes, ensuring alignment across the enterprise.
- Lead change initiatives in CPQ, from assessment to implementation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for synergy and optimize resource allocation.
- Champion global process standards and align them with business requirements and the operating model.
- Drive improvements in cycle time, governance, transparency, and data reliability.
- Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to drive ongoing process enhancements.
- Prioritize and resolve business issues, leveraging the appropriate resources.
- Collaborate with diverse, global teams to map, define, improve, and monitor CPQ processes.
- Identify opportunities for technology-driven automation and ensure process compliance.
- Drive centralization, automation, and standardization of CPQ activities.
- Establish, track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) over time.
