About You:

You are a skilled Installation and/or Service Technician who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You are organised, proactive, and proud of delivering high quality work. You bring:

  • Technician experience in the Electronic Security industry preferred, or Telecommunication, Data, Communication industry or similar.
  • Knowledge of electronic security alarms, access control, CCTV, or related systems is preferred.
  • Open Cabling licence is essential.
  • NV1 Security Clearance desirable or ability to obtain (you must be an Australian Citizen).
  • Electronic Security Licence (Installation/Consultant) and/or other relevant certifications or credentials are advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Install, service, and maintain electronic security systems.
  • Document and report work accurately using handheld technology.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prioritise and manage jobs efficiently.
  • Keep up to date with the latest security technology and standards.
