Portable Fire Technician

The role
Based in Darwin, you will be the go-to person for your region, attending customer sites to install, service, and maintain portable fire protection equipment, including fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire doors, blankets, and more.

Your day to day will include:

• Servicing and maintaining fire equipment to high standards.
• Using manual and power tools to install and repair equipment.
• Providing top-notch customer service and advice on-site.
• Planning your schedule using mobile field apps.
• Supporting sales growth and contributing to business success.
• Occasional travel across North, NT.

About you

• Previous Fire industry experience preferred, but not essential as full training provided.
• Certificate II in Fire Protection preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on with manual and power tools.
• People oriented with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and proactive.
• Current drivers licence.
• Construction White Card (or ability to obtain).
• Must have full Australian working rights, without restrictions.
