About the Role
As a Compliance Support Officer, you will assist with maintaining compliance records, reviewing documentation, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that required information is accurate and up to date.

What you'll be working on
Maintain and manage assigned client portfolios and compliance records.
Process data entry and update information accurately in internal systems.
Review and process service reports and contractor certification reports.
Liaise with clients and contractors regarding certification documents, service reports, and outstanding defects.
Process ESM-related correspondence and contractor certifications in a timely manner.
Review submitted information and identify issues or non-compliance that may delay site compliance or the issuing of annual statements.
Prepare portfolio reports and meeting minutes.
Prepare and issue annual ESM compliance certifications.
Develop an understanding of ESM regulations and requirements across Australian states, with training provided.
Learn and effectively use the internal system, with training provided.
Attend client, contractor, and internal meetings as required.
Provide support to the CSO Lead and other team members where required.
Work closely with the CSO Lead, Compliance Supervisor, and Account Managers as required.
Take on other administrative and compliance-related tasks to support the team.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
