Product Operations Associate (Data & Excel)

We have partnered with a company with a vision to provide businesses, organizations and individuals Australia-wide with competitively priced high-quality office furniture and interior solutions. You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

As a Product Operations Associate (Data & Excel), you will support end-to-end product management process, ensuring timely launches, accurate product data, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams

This role plays a key part in Optimizing product flows and supporting operational excellence

What you’ll be working on:

• Manage product data and support product launches

• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and specifications

• Perform bulk uploads, data checks, and audits

• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, and timelines

• Track samples, production, and supplier updates

• Handle purchase orders and documentation

• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel

• Support inventory tracking and competitor checks

• Resolve product or delivery issues

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• 3-8 years experience in product operations, supply chain coordination, or related role

• Advance Excel and/ experience with ERP/product management tools

• Strong Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
