We're looking for a Digital Content Journalist who is naturally curious, resourceful, and able to turn research and ideas into clear, relevant, and engaging content.

This role plays a key part in translating Cooee's purpose, audience needs, and campaign direction into stories and messages that support our marketing strategies, brand visibility, and connection with our audiences.

What you'll be working on:

• Create content that speaks to the needs and interests of its audience and brings Cooee's brand, culture, and campaigns to life across digital platforms.
• Write copy for social media posts, recruitment campaigns, website content, email marketing, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Research audiences, industries, content trends, and relevant topics to guide content ideas and messaging.
• Turn research, campaign briefs, internal conversations, and ideas into clear stories and messages that connect with the audience.
• Ask questions, consider different perspectives, and explore more than the first or most familiar content idea.
• Develop content ideas, captions, messaging, and storytelling angles that align with Cooee's voice and campaign goals.
• Adjust writing style, tone, and messaging based on the purpose of the content and the people it is created for.
• Proofread, edit, revise, and refine written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication.
• Handle regular marketing and administrative tasks that support the team's day-to-day activities and content execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Good in English written and communication skills, and an interest in content writing and storytelling.
• Open to Fresh Graduates and applicants with up to 2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
• Curious and resourceful when researching topics, gathering and checking information, and asking questions.
• Creative in developing content ideas, angles, messages, and stories across different platforms.
• Able to understand information and adjust writing based on Cooee's voice, the purpose of the content, and its audience.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance creative projects and regular content tasks while meeting deadlines.
