What you'll be working on

• Turn team emails into clear and engaging marketing content
• Help create posts using event photos, client stories, and team highlights
• Plan and track weekly marketing tasks to match client needs
• Write LinkedIn posts, captions, and polls that reflect our people-first values
• Help with regular client updates before and after meetings using Hubspot or MS Dynamics
• Use AI tools to make content more personalised and efficient
• Manage LinkedIn and CRM campaigns to grow our brand
• Keep our contact lists updated in Hubspot or MS Dynamics
• Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on weekly plans
• Encourage the team to join in on LinkedIn and marketing reviews
  

What were looking for

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accurate reports.
• Proven experience with Hubspot or MS Dynamics for content and campaign management.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for marketing and engagement.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and personalisation.
• Proactive problem-solver who asks questions and seeks improvements.
• Preferred but not required:
• Experience in marketing or content creation, ideally in logistics or client-focused industries.
• Skills in graphic design or video editing.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
