As a Xero Accounting Specialist you will oversee our partners financial operations. With a strong knowledge of international trade and multi-currency transactions.

What you'll be working on

• Process vendor invoices and approve sales invoices and supplier bills.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for accurate financial records.
  

• Manage the Incomplete Sales List and prepare Monthly Sales & Commission and Reimbursement Reports.

• Update monthly currency rates for multi-currency transactions.
  

• Use accounting and inventory software to reconcile and manage financial data.
• Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Utilize and maintain accounting and inventory management software for accurate data recording, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audits, tax filings, and financial reviews.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

What were looking for

• At least 3 years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in

  Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly XERO.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems
  

• Strong knowledge of multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Familiarity with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
