About the Role

Responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process within an organization. This involves forecasting demand, ordering materials, coordinating with Logistics, and ensuring that inventory levels meet production and customer needs. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance.

What you'll be working on

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

• Analyze sales and financial data to improve forecasting accuracy

• Develop user-friendly reports that provide clear insights for stakeholders

• Ensure reports are accessible even for team members with limited technical skills

Data Analysis & KPI Analysis

• Work with the data to track category budgets, inventory, and sales goals

• Automate report generation to improve efficiency

• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor and visualize business performance

Data Insights & Recommendations

• Analyze budgeting and forecasting trends to provide data-driven recommendations

• Identify reporting styles that enhance efficiency and decision-making

• Suggest improvements for better planning and resource allocation

Collaboration & Automation

• Work closely with sales and finance teams to understand reporting needs

• Optimize data reporting processes to reduce manual work

• Ensure reports align with business goals and stakeholder requirements

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in business analysis, sales forecasting, or financial planning roles.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and KPI reporting.

• Proficiency in SAP or ERP/MRP Systems (Preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively summarize and present findings.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements.
