About the Role
We have partnered with a well-established and privately-owned commercial construction company based in Sydney, with operations across New South Wales. Specializing in projects within education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government sectors (valued up to $10 million), the company has experienced significant controlled growth.
As a Tender Writer, you will collaborate closely with external partners and consultants such as FeelDx (specializing in project planning and control, multimedia, and tender programs in the AEC industry) and Plannery (tender program and methodology specialists). You will be responsible for producing high-quality documents required for tender submissions, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with the company's objectives.

What you'll be working on
Collaborate closely with the Bid Coordinator and Estimating team to support the preparation of tender submissions.
Work with external partners to produce essential documents for tenders, including:
Program and Methodologies
Site Establishment Plans
2D and 3D Plans
Ensure that all documents are clear, concise, and aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
Manage the document preparation process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tender submissions.
Review and refine tender documents to ensure quality and compliance with internal and client expectations.
What were looking for
Proven experience in tender writing within the construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of tender processes, program development, and methodology writing.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with 2D/3D planning software is desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
