We have partnered with a leading Australian company specializing in a full range of fire services, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems. Established in 2008, They are committed to Australian Standards, offering innovative and flexible fire protection solutions. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems. As a Client Services Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting client data, ensuring quality, and supporting data-related requests or reporting needs.

What you'll be working on:

  • Support the completion of service reports for VIP customers, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in updating and managing work orders within our internal systems. Coordinate and maintain asset data for subcontracted sites, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Support the compliance reporting process for subcontracted portfolios.
  • Review and publish service documentation, confirming it aligns with industry and internal standards. Cross-reference data between multiple systems to ensure integrity and consistency.
  • Manage databases with a strong focus on maintaining data quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve minor discrepancies in reports and system entries.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to drive improvements in data handling and reporting processes.
  • Learn and grow well help you build a strong understanding of compliance standards and workflows.

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) that will enable you to build a connection with non-Filipino clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy is key in compliance and reporting.
  • Basic IT skills comfortable using computers and eager to learn new systems (full training provided!).
  • Good with numbers able to check and interpret data for accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset enjoys troubleshooting and learning new things.
  • Curious and proactive not afraid to ask questions and improve processes.
  • Organised and reliable able to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
