We have partnered with a well-established and privately-owned commercial construction company based in Sydney, with operations across New South Wales. Specializing in projects within education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government sector.
As an Estimator, you will be working closely with the Senior Estimator Manager to deliver high-quality project estimates.

What you'll be working on
Preparing initial estimating assessments for tenders.
Performing trade breakups of documentation, selecting appropriate trade subcontractors, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure understanding of the required scope of works and timelines.
Finalizing and presenting rated and coded Bills of Quantities and/or cost plans for internal review, and issuing relevant information to stakeholders.
Comparing and analyzing subcontractor pricing.
Communicating with clients, as required, to seek clarification on tender queries.
Preparing and submitting tenders in collaboration with the Bid team.
What were looking for
3+ years of experience in estimating within multi-disciplinary construction projects.
Proven high conversion rate and experience in delivering quality estimates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
A commitment to excellence, with experience and passion for the role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
