Product and Inventory Associate (Buyer Retail)

Were looking for someone with strong Excel skills (Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot Tables, Arrays, Concatenate, TRIM etc.) to assist our Senior Buyer with data management, purchasing, pricing and admin tasks.

Were looking for a Product and Inventory Associate Buyer to support our team. You will play a key role in monitoring inventory, processing purchase orders, and handling Excel-based reports to ensure smooth product and supply coordination. What you'll be working on:

• Monitor stock levels and track inventory movement
• Prepare and process purchase orders based on inventory needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product updates and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of products and pricing
• Use Excel for generating reports, tracking product availability, and analyzing data
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and data entry tasks
• Support the team with other administrative and operational duties
• Train and help the team in managing the Excel databases
• You will be supporting the Senior Buyer in the day to day operations and tasks.

What were looking for:

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, TRIM, ARRAYS, CONCATENATE(with Line Breaks), PivotTables)
• Comfortable speaking in English (Collaborating with international partners)
• Good attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work onsite
