About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Admin Coordinator with a focus on project management to join our growing team. As an HR Admin Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions such as administrative support, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and record management. You will also assist in planning, executing, and managing HR-related projects to ensure that they are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

What you'll be working on:
HR Administrative Support:
- Prepare employment contracts and manage job offer documentation, ensuring they are accurately completed, sent to new hires on time, and that all signed paperwork is received promptly before their start date.
- Track and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is updated and compliant with company policies.
- Provide general HR admin support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Support offboarding procedures, ensure all offboarding documentation is completed and that final settlements are processed on time.
- Oversee annual HMO enrollment and health permit renewals, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
- Assist with HR system updates, ensuring all employee data is accurately entered and maintained in HRIS.
- Handle travel logistics for HR activities and employee business trips, ensuring efficiency.
Project Management Support:
- Assist the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects such as onboarding, employee programs, and evaluations.
- Manage and facilitate onboarding, ensuring new hires complete documentation and are properly set up.
- Help track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure project goals are achieved.
What were looking for
- Fresh graduates (College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
