Operations Analyst (Freight Forwarding)

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across shipment processing, coordination, and documentation.

What you'll be working on

• Entering new orders and bookings update

• Creating dummy orders and Bookings consolidation

• Creating forward orders

• Reviewing and analyzing rate management and compliance reports

• Entering data in the system.

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for booking instructions and other ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for

• Open to fresh graduates (Background in Customs Administration, Operations, and/or Freight Forwarding is preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of Incoterms and basic shipping documents

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
