What you'll be working on:

  • Providing timely and reliable technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
  • Performing Windows Server updates, patching, and ongoing server management.
  • Monitoring and maintaining Ubiquiti (UniFi) network infrastructure, including access points, switches, and gateways.
  • Administering devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, including enrollment, policy enforcement, and remote support.
  • Deploying, monitoring, and managing antivirus and endpoint protection software across client environments.
  • Testing and evaluating new Molar Platform features from a customer perspective before release, and documenting bugs and issues thoroughly.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Offering clear guidance on system usage and responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.


What we're looking for:

  • Open to fresh IT graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant IT experience.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Intermediate troubleshooting ability for computer systems running Windows OS, including diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Experience writing and preparing user-facing technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
