What you’ll be working on:

• Support in developing content for talent recruitment, partner outreach, and internal engagement (articles, posts, presentations, video storyboards).
• Assist the Talent Seeker team with job postings and advertisements across different platforms.
• Provide support in preparing creative materials for internal events and activities.
• Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns; provide basic monitoring of engagement and reach using analytics tools.
• Participate in school visits and external activities to help connect with potential partners and support Cooee initiatives.
• Ensure all content reflects Cooees voice, culture, and values.

What we’re looking for:

• • Open to Fresh Graduates, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
    
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools and Canva.
    
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow up with multiple stakeholders.
    
  • People-oriented and comfortable engaging with schools, partners, and external contacts.
    
  • Willingness to learn.
    
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
