About the Role

You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

As an Excel and Product Admin Support, you will support the Product Team in managing end-to-end processes across all product lines. This role plays a key part in ensuring product data accuracy, smooth supplier coordination, and the timely execution of product launches. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep operations running efficiently, while maintaining critical reports and meeting key deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong administrative foundation especially with advanced Excel capabilities.

What you'll be working on:

1) Product Administration & Documentation

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Product Team.

  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product records and business documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and databases.

  • Support the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.

2) Product Launch & Operational Support

  • Support product launches by ensuring product information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor reports and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

3) Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Respond to emails and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities as needed.

4) Excel Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare, maintain, and update reports using Microsoft Excel.

  • Ensure reporting accuracy by maintaining organized data and supporting operational tracking.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Background in Accounting or Mathematics are highly preferred.
  • Open for Fresh graduates who are enthusiastic to learn or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and report creation.
  • Experience working with large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using ERP systems or business management software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (critical for success in the role)

  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets

  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports, templates, and trackers

  • Comfortable using formulas, data validation, and reporting tools

  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced or similar)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges

  • Comfortable working with international suppliers, primarily across Asia

  • Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of budgets and margins
