The person to occupy the position will report to the Director of the company and will have as their central objective the generation of new opportunities. Among its main responsibilities we highlight:
- Develop marketing strategy: define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives customer acquisition through direct and channel sales; refine campaigns, positioning and messages to maximize market impact.
- Product positioning and competitive analysis: conduct market research to ensure that the company's products are positioned effectively in the market; analyze competition and market trends to develop strategies that allow you to attract customers and differentiate your product offering.
Digital Marketing Execution: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including content creation (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies), email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts; Collaborate with product and sales teams to align content and campaigns with business objectives.
- Plan and manage outbound marketing activities, including paid advertising, lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Implement ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies to target key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee traditional marketing initiatives such as trade shows, industry events, and partner marketing programs.
- Work closely with sales to coordinate presence at events and product demonstrations, ensuring we maximize our investment and exposure.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing strategies, joint campaigns and collateral to support mutual growth.
- Ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to market our product effectively.
- Lead a small team and work cross-functionally with sales, product and customer success to drive marketing initiatives.
We will direct the search to professionals with more than 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment, who have proven experience in both digital marketing and traditional marketing channels, in content generation, lead generation, outbound campaigns. and event marketing, in product positioning and competitive analysis and who have familiarity with channel sales models and partner marketing.
Analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable knowledge, initiative, proactivity, flexibility, autonomy, leadership and project management will be key competencies of the person to be incorporated.
