We are looking for a School Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of school facilities, ensuring their efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities, managing custodial staff, and ensuring the proper upkeep of school grounds, buildings, and vehicles. Additionally, the position involves budget planning, vendor coordination, and the implementation of safety protocols to maintain an optimal learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance and operations, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance methods, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Experience in budget planning and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in supervising maintenance and custodial personnel.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
