We are looking for a Human Resources Manager responsible for delivering strategic and comprehensive HR services to both local and international staff. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting overseas hires with relocation and integration, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. The HR Manager will also serve as a key advisor to leadership on human resources matters, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and promote a strong workplace culture aligned with the Schools values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in multicultural or educational environments.

• Fluency in English and Spanish. 

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and Uruguayan labor legislation.

• Experience managing employee records, contracts, and benefits.

• Experienced in Microsoft Office applications and other industry-standard software.

This is a full-time position based in Montevideo, Uruguay, with a work schedule aligned with the operational needs of the school.
