Our client, a national specialist advisory business, is seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors / Valuation Surveyors with a strong background in plant and machinery valuations, ideally within an insolvency, restructuring, or distressed asset environment to join their growing team.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an RICS qualified professional who is commercially sharp, technically confident, and comfortable working across a varied national client base. You will be involved in the valuation of plant, machinery, equipment, and business assets, supporting insolvency practitioners, lenders, restructuring teams, and wider professional services clients.

The successful candidate will able to demonstrate hands-on experience in valuation-led work, particularly where assets are being assessed for insolvency, disposal, recovery, refinance, or business restructuring purposes.

This business operates on a nationwide hybrid basis, giving candidates both flexibility and access to a strong professional network and high-quality work.
