ABOUT OUR ROLES:

With multiple projects across QLD for you to be a part of, you'll be responsible for:

  • Belt Splicing, repairs, maintenance and installations of fabric and steel cord conveyor belts.
  • Identification of belt damage, faults and determine method of repair.
  • Shutdowns and belt change outs.

We also provide opportunities for our teams to be involved in Global Projects.

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for positive, energetic team players who posses previous experience in a Belt Splicing or Mechanical Technician on conveyor systems or a willingness to learn with mechanical aptitude; and

  • an absolute commitment to safety and safe work practices,
  • valid Drivers License,
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights training,
  • current EWP, Dogging and Rigging Licenses,
  • ability to fulfill the inherent physical tasks required of this job - which will include repetitive lifting of weights up to 25kgs and working in hot climates.

Whilst not essential, we would look favourably upon applicants who have a Certificate II or III in Polymer Processing.
