Safety Manager

Join an exciting team and solid organization! Contingency Staffing is recruiting for a Safety Manager opportunity in upstate New York for one of our manufacturing clients. This is a relocation and on-site opportunity. 

Responsibilities: 

• OSHA compliance.
• Promoting a safety conscience environment within the organization.
• Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
• Promoting regulatory compliance and company procedures and protocols.
• Accident investigations.
• Safety audits.
• Safety committees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Safety Management or Industrial Hygiene preferred. 
• Minimum of 5 years safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certified Safety Professional (CPS) Certification 

Compensation is a base  annual salary of $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Relocation assistance offered.
