We're a growing remote travel team looking for a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative.

In this role you'll support clients from the moment they start planning their trip all the way through post-travel follow-up, handling bookings, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction reflects a high standard of service. Everything is done remotely with flexible scheduling. Full training and onboarding are provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests. 
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
  • Follow up with clients proactively to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction. 
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking records across internal systems.

What Were Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Friendly, professional manner with strong attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable learning and navigating booking platforms and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.

  • Confident using computers, email, and online tools.

  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is 

    beneficial but not essential.
