About the job Luxury Travel Consultant – Client Services (Remote)
We're a growing remote travel team and we're looking for a detail-oriented, client-first professional to join us as a Luxury Travel Consultant. You'll support clients in planning and managing high-end travel experiences, handling everything from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, all from home.
Full training is provided. You don't need a background in travel, you need to be organized, professional, and genuinely good with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, professional support to clients via phone, email, and online messaging.

Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations.
- Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and booking policies clearly.
- Monitor bookings for accuracy and proactively follow up with clients.
- Resolve questions and concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
- Keep client records organized and internal systems updated
What Were Looking For

Clear, professional communicator, written and verbal.

Customer service background preferred, travel or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement.
