We are currently hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist clients throughout their travel journey—from planning and booking to pre-travel support and trip-related updates.
In this role, you will help travelers feel informed, supported, and taken care of while providing professional service in a fully remote environment.
No prior travel industry experience is required, but is a plus.
We provide training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and tailored holiday packages.

- Research destinations, offers, and travel options to suit each clients needs and budget.

Prepare personalised travel itineraries and simple proposals or quotes.
- Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
