We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Online Luxury Travel Consultant to support clients in planning and booking high-end travel experiences from start to finish.

In this fully remote role, you will assist travelers with personalized itineraries, destination research, and booking coordination while delivering a seamless and professional experience.

No prior travel industry experience is required.
We provide training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, cruises, and luxury travel experiences

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand preferences and needs

• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options to create tailored recommendations
• Coordinate bookings and ensure all travel details are accurate and organized
• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel as needed
• Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier updates
