Online Luxury Travel Consultant

We're a growing remote travel team helping clients plan unforgettable luxury experiences, from honeymoons and family getaways to bucket-list adventures. We're looking for a motivated, people-first professional to join us as an Online Luxury Travel Consultant.

You'll work directly with clients to design personalized travel itineraries, handle bookings, and provide white-glove support from inquiry to return. Everything is done remotely on your schedule, we give you the training, tools, and supplier access to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their travel vision and budget 
• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, and custom vacation packages 
• Build detailed itineraries and present tailored travel proposals
• Manage booking details, confirmations, and pre/post-travel follow-ups
• Stay current on destination trends, supplier offers, and travel promotions

What Were Looking For

• A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• A passion for travel or customer experience (industry background not required)
