Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
- Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
- Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
- Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
- Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
