The Role

As Sales Manager Fire Detection Systems (Distribution), you will drive the growth of our clients fire alarm systems business across China. Working with distributors, key business partners, and internal teams including marketing, manufacturing, and senior leadership you will define and execute sales strategies that maximize growth, customer success, and ROI.

This is a solutions-based sales role that combines technical understanding with commercial acumen. You will identify customer needs, develop tailored hardware and software solutions, and deliver value to clients across residential, educational, and commercial sectors.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow distributor sales

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Deliver tailored, value-added solutions to meet customer needs

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets

  • Negotiate, close, and manage contracts effectively

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Travel up to 60% across China

What Youll Bring

  • Fluency in Mandarin (English an advantage)

  • 6+ years experience in sales, ideally within fire detection or fire alarm systems

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven success in B2B sales and distribution management

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Willingness to travel and operate independently
