Job Purpose

The Sales Manager Sprinkler Monitoring will drive the growth and success of Sprinkler Monitoring Products in China. This role involves working closely with marketing, manufacturing, customer service, key business partners, and senior management to maximize business growth and ROI.

The ideal candidate will focus on understanding customer needs before they become challenges, building relationships, providing tailored solutions, and defining sales strategies that align with business objectives. You will identify opportunities, deliver value propositions, and drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support distribution channel partners and OEMs.
  • Engage with end-users to provide support and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver technical support, applications guidance, and tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, articulating the companys value proposition.
  • Plan and manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor sales momentum and identify opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

  • Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years experience in sales, preferably in sprinkler monitoring or suppression systems.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, including familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and other business technology tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems used in battery energy storage systems.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including opportunity identification, value proposition delivery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
