Description:

Echocardiography Technician
Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound/Echocardiography Program; or appropriate training and clinical experience to provide equivalent technical skills.
Registry required from one of the accredited organizations below:

o RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographics.
BLS/Mandatory Reporter

Echo tech will work 70 hours/pay period, four 10-hour shifts one week and three 10-hour shifts the next. Hours are 0700-1730.
They are on call every third week (Thursday-Wednesday), which includes that weekend.
