Application Terms and Conditions
Thank you for using Consor AB's recruitment platform Manatal (“we”, “our”). By using our platform to upload, store and manage your resume and your personal information, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with these Terms and Conditions, don’t use our service.
§ 1 Acceptance of Terms
By uploading your resume and providing personal information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any future amendments or updates. This agreement is legally binding.
§ 2 Resume submission and storage
By providing us your resume, you grant Consor the right to store, maintain and, if applicable, share your resume with potential employers.
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the resume you upload. We do not verify or edit the information in your resume or personal information.
You retain ownership of your resume and personal data, but you grant us a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and share your resume in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
§ 3 Data Privacy and Security
For information about how we process, protect and handle your personal data, we refer to our privacy policy.
§ 4 Use of resume by employers
We may share your resume with potential employers. We are not responsible for how employers use or handle your resume after it has been shared with them. Furthermore, employers are prohibited from using your resume for any other purpose than recruitment-related activities. Any misuse of your resume should be reported to us.
§ 5 Prohibited conduct
You, by accepting these terms and conditions, agree not to:
- Upload any content that is false, misleading or violates the rights of any third party.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt us, including but not limited to introducing viruses or malware.
§ 6 Account termination
We reserve the right to terminate your resume from this platform if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your resume will be removed from the service unless we are legally required to retain it.
§ 7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to any loss or corruption of data, loss of job opportunities, or unauthorized access to your account.
§ 8 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Consor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss or expense arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
§ 9 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may alter or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. Continued use of our service after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
§ 10 Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection this this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.
§ 11 Miscellaneous
If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Consor regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
