We at Consor AB (“Consor”, “we”, “us”) respect your integrity. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and process your personal data when you sign up as a recourse for us. When you sign up through Consors recruitement system Manatal, we collect information you provide to us. This is necessary to offer you our product and is naturally treated with the upmost respect and is only used when required.
Our service requires you to set send in a resume. In doing this, you provide personal information, which could include your name, email address, zip code, adress and/or any other information that you include. In registering, we also collect some technical information, IP- address and browser type for example. Furthermore, we collect and store info using cookies. § 6 The purpose of collections personal data
Manatal automatically collects and analyzes the data that you provide for the purposes listed below:
- We process your personal data to be able to provide and administer the service in a safe manner and make your experience as a user the best it could be.
- We also do this to be able to provide the service to you as a user.
- We process personal data to be able to assess, further develop and enhance our service.
As mentioned above, the main reason we use your information is to be able to contact you as a user for eventual job offers. Another reason is to protect you. Additionally, the collection of personal data is necessary for the performance of our product. Lastly, it is to prevent, detect and fight fraud or other illegal or unauthorized activities and ensure legal compliance.
§ 7 Your right to towards your information
You have a standing right to exercise the following rights concerning your personal data:
- Right to demand access to your personal data that we store.
- Right to demand amendment if any of your information is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to demand erasure of your personal data if they are not necessary anymore for the purposes of the collection.

- Right to retract your consent at any time, without it affecting the legality of the treatment that based your consent before the retraction.

§ 9 Whom we share your personal data with
Consor: Your personal data will be processed by us and Manatal on our instruction. Everyone who processes your data are under contractual arrangements and are only allowed to process data for the purposes stated above. Furthermore, we will not access more personal data than is required for the performance of the service covered by the agreement with Consor.
Government agencies: Consor may share your personal data with government agencies such as the police, the tax authority, or other authorities, if we are required to do so by law or if you have agreed that we do so. We may furthermore share your personal data in good faith if we believe that it is necessary to protect our or your rights, protect your security or the safety of others, investigate crimes, or respond to a government request. The government agencies that may get this personal data is after the transfer the entity that controls further processing which means that it is not Consor who governs how your personal data is processed if shared with an authority. Thus, if your personal data is shared with authorities, this Privacy Notice will not cover that subsequent processing.
Other companies and third parties: Consor will not sell, trade or in any other ways forward your personal data to other parties unless you separately have agreed to such a transfer.
§ 10 How long do we store your information?
We store your information for a maximum of 365 days or as long as it is relevant for the purposes they were collected for, depending on which occurs first. After this period, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data.

Since we always want to innovate and improve to help you build meaningful connections, this policy may change over time. We will notify you before any changes, so you have time to review and accept the updated version.
