About the job IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support professional to join our team. This role focuses on providing general technical support and troubleshooting user issues while supporting key internal systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot user issues
- Manage and maintain SharePoint (create sites, organize and consolidate information)
- Administer RingCentral VOIP system
- Support VMS configuration and updates
- Work with ATS / Sense for automation logic building and workflow optimization
What We're Looking For:
- Basic IT troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with business systems and user support
- Experience with any of the above tools is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
