NEW ROLE - IFS Account Manager
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing and retaining client relationships while identifying and closing new growth opportunities across our full suite of products. If you thrive on building trust, spotting opportunities, and delivering value, this is a great chance to make a real impact.
Our partner is a leading IFS Gold Channel and Services Partner, delivering expert implementation, upgrades, and support services to a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, utilities, construction, engineering, food and beverage, and service sectors.
Some of what you will do!
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue from existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
- Understand client objectives and challenges to position solutions effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting best practices and continuous improvement
What you need!
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in IFS account management and sales
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and service
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
