Technical Search Lead - UK Remote

Exciting opportunity for a Technical Search Lead to join a highly professional Client Services team.  Our client, a high performance digital marketing agency are looking for Technical Search Lead.  In this role you will be accountable for Organic Strategy Effectiveness, supporting Client Retention through delivery of innovative, effective Integrated Strategy with clear ROI driving all recommendations. Owns leadership of Technical Search to deliver Planned Retention and ARR Growth. Improves the value of our Client Strategy and deliverables and ensures Technical Search commercial value is recognised by client Technical & Economic Buyers.

Some of what you will do!

Strategy & Innovation Ownership:-

*Develop Innovation in Delivery & Strategy giving Efficiency & Improved Client Performance
*Leads and Manages Organic Search Strategy to deliver Client Search Performance
*Ensure Delivery of Technical Search aspects of Unified Strategies delivering ROI each Quarter
*Ensure Delivery of Technical Search aspects of timely Pitch Responses & Strategy delivering ROI
*Lead on Integrating Innovation into Daily Working Practices and Strategies Across CS

What will you need?

*5+ years relevant industry experience, including deep understanding of performance led organic search marketing and extensive expertise in
delivering ROI for clients
*Technical SEO subject-matter expertise, including ability to talk about all aspects and drive innovation of same
*Ownership of steer on best overall mix of Technical, Content, and Inbound activity to drive forecast SEO improvement, including pacing work
quarter by quarter
*Deep understanding and awareness of new trends and performance requirements across Organic digital marketing & Analytics
*Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot client issues effectively to mitigate performance risks and contractual disputes
*Proven track record of defining & implementing strategy with large spend clients (+£1M) to drive positive ROI
