Job Summary:
A premier healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Senior District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a prestigious, 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, foster client relationships, and ensure compliance in a healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and governance structures.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach a diverse team, fostering professional growth across all levels.
  • Oversee budget management and financial performance, assessing risks and opportunities, and communicating results to the client and senior management.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety programs and recommending changes as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Address and propose solutions for cybersecurity challenges to protect healthcare systems and data.
  • Promote and support diversity initiatives within the workplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of management experience, particularly within a large healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record in Healthcare Technology Management.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making abilities, and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership with experience in building client relationships and leading teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards and cybersecurity challenges in healthcare.
  • Ability to execute predictable, reliable, and repeatable operational excellence.
