Key Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Director of Surgery, the Surgical Services RN will:

- Plan, delegate, and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients.

- Supervise LPNs, ORTs/CSTs, Nursing Assistants, and ensure accuracy in their work.

- Prepare and administer medications as ordered, maintaining records meticulously.

- Maintain a safe environment by following safety and infection control policies.

- Perform circulating and scrub roles as needed during surgery.

- Manage emergency responses and check emergency supplies daily.

Qualifications:

- Valid SC Nursing License

- Prior OR experience required
