Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Lewiston, ID. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in adult critical care settings and ICU, and be able to manage themselves with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures related to respiratory care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Permanent licensure by the Idaho State Board of Medicine as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the adult critical care setting within the last 5 years
• ICU experience within the last 3 years
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Ability to manage themselves as staff are not closely supervised
