Job Summary:
A leading healthcare technology management team is looking for an experienced Director of Healthcare Technology Management to oversee operations at a large healthcare facility in Zanesville, OH. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in biomedical equipment management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to senior HTM leaders, the Director will focus on enhancing team performance, improving patient outcomes, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement policies and programs to ensure top-quality biomedical equipment services.
  • Oversee inventory records and ensure accuracy in equipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to strategize on medical equipment management, cybersecurity, and technical support.
  • Lead initiatives for integrating new technologies that enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  • Provide development and growth opportunities for team members, focusing on a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO) and maintain standards across all operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical device maintenance and repair.
  • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare technology services in a large healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, including CIHQ, DNV, and JACHO.
  • Business acumen with experience in budget management and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Executive presence and ability to interact with C-suite leaders.
