Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions and functional needs

- Develop personalized treatment plans to align with patient goals and facilitate recovery

- Implement and adapt treatment approaches as patients progress

- Provide education to patients and families on home-based therapy techniques

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care

- Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Qualifications:

- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (minimum of a Bachelors degree)

- Current licensure (or eligibility) to practice Occupational Therapy in Idaho

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Experience in Acute Care settings preferred
