Compensation:

- Salary: ($65,520.00 - $84,240.00 USD)

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. 1.5+ years of bedside nursing experience

2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

3. Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing

4. GA RN License or MSL

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1.5+ years of bedside nursing with a 4:1 or 6:1 patient ratio

- ACLS and PALS (CPR certification)

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator or Nursing Unit Director, the Registered Nurse performs nursing care duties for the assigned unit, providing and evaluating comprehensive nursing care in line with patient care standards. The role involves individualized, goal-directed care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles, in accordance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and address potential issues, implementing solutions as needed.

- Perform care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.

- Administer medication as required and document patient care provided.

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.

- Monitor and document patient status, communicating with RN, physician, patients, and families as needed.

- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
