Registered Nurse - Surgical Unit

 Job Description:

We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join the Surgical Unit in an acute care setting. This is an exceptional opportunity for RNs at all experience levels, including new graduates, to be part of a healthcare team that values compassion and dedication to patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hiring Bonus: Up to $18,000 for candidates with 12+ months of acute care hospital experience.
  • Hiring Bonus: Up to $12,000 for candidates with less than 12 months of acute care hospital experience (subject to eligibility criteria).

  • Compensation:
    • Base Salary: $47,886 to $143,601 per year, depending on experience.

Available Shifts:

  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour variable shifts
  • 24 hours per week, 12-hour variable shifts

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: State Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association certification.
  • RN Residents: New graduates with 12 months or less of nursing experience.

Preferred:

  • National Certification in area of specialty.
