Our Client in Papua New Guinea is looking for an MRO Safety Investigator 

About the Role:
We are hiring a Safety Investigator & Trainer (MRO) to strengthen our Safety & Quality team. This role involves investigating safety occurrences, maintaining hazard registers, and delivering tailored safety and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety investigations and identify root causes with corrective actions.

• Support audit responses and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance.

• Develop and maintain JSAs, hazard registers, and toolbox meetings.

• Deliver induction, recurrence, and specialist safety training.

• Act as liaison with the Safety & Quality Management Group and promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education.

• 3-5 years of experience in safety investigations or training within aviation/MRO (preferred).

• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel/Word).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive, trustworthy, and physically fit.
