Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (Charter) to drive growth in our charter services. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our presence in the charter market.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new charter opportunities.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple sectors (oil & gas, corporate, government, etc.).

Prepare proposals and presentations, lead client negotiations, and secure contracts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, safety, engineering, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Build long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Track and report on KPIs, sales performance, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline (preferred).

510 years experience in business development/sales within aviation or charter industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
-
PNG/emerging markets experience an advantage.
