Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR compliance frameworks and policies.

  • Audit and monitor HR practices to ensure adherence to employment laws and internal standards.

  • Provide training and guidance on HR compliance and best practices.

  • Manage and enhance HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

  • Lead investigations and resolve compliance breaches or employee concerns.

  • Collaborate across departments to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.

  • Produce compliance reports, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience managing HR systems (HRIS/Payroll) and compliance processes.

  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
