Looking for a new opportunity to be excited about? Our client is an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-size businesses in the Denver and Boulder areas.
The MSP is looking for an energetic information technology professional who is experienced at both remote Help Desk support and onsite field desktop, networking and cloud applications support. As an IT Field Engineer, you will work both remotely and onsite at client locations to install new desktops, laptops and tablets and will troubleshoot and repair existing devices that are experiencing issues. The IT Field Engineers are responsible for installing firewalls and performing server installations/migrations. You will be the face of the company to clients and will have the opportunity to work with many different types of organizations. You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplined team that works in a virtual environment, both from your home and onsite at clients offices.
Responsibilities
- Remote Help Desk Support and Remote Project work (Ex: Office365 Migrations)
- Onsite Desktop, Laptop & Networking Equipment Installation and Troubleshooting
- Security, Networking and Cloud Setup, Troubleshooting and Configuration Management
- Scheduling, Documentation and Ticket Management
Technical Skills

- Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Malware, DNS Filtering and End Point Detection and Response

Qualifications for success
- 5+ years IT experience
- Experience working for an MSP a plus
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Willingness to work varied hours to meet clients schedule

You will work independently from home and at client locations. Access to a private and secure home office workspace is a requirement. Willingness to travel to customer locations when needed is required so must have access to a car in good working order.
