Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to support requests, opening and resolving support tickets and addressing other client service requests.
  • Provide technical expertise in IT infrastructure and network administration for multiple clients working both on-site and remotely
  • Administer and maintain computer systems (PC and Mac), network infrastructure, VPN, backup solutions, and VoIP
  • Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, and printers
  • Management, configuration, and deployment of firewalls, switches and other networking equipment
  • Monitor clients systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic recommendations for optimal performance and continual uptime
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal operational disruption
  • Communicate effectively with clients through scheduling work, providing status updates and solution progress
  • Maintain cybersecurity best practices and keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Create and update documentation related to projects, procedures and best practices
  • Manage internal and external IT projects on scope and budget
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of IT related experience
  • Proven ability to setup, configure, and troubleshoot computing hardware and infrastructure components
  • Microsoft 365 Administration experience
  • General networking and network administration experience
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell or other scripting knowledge, multifactor authentication, virtual networking, VoIP are preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable and passionate about technology
  • Certification (MCSE, MCSA, CCNA) a plus
  • Managed Services Provider experience a plus
